3 Day “On The Road”
This style of learning will suit a maximum of *4 investors.
**Cash-back if you don’t want to stay after the first 3 hours!
This trip is for investors that have “some” money to invest.
What is the goal?
To find and begin to purchase property in a suitable letting location and equip you with some basic tools and contacts.
Pre-planning – If you don't have your own, I will give you contacts including a broker, solicitor and accountant details to put anything in place you need if you are intending to buy on the trip.
1st day - On the phones identifying areas for high demand of buy to let, researching and booking appointments to speak to letting agents. We will discuss negotiation and you can hear me on the phone with agents.
2nd day – Depending on the group / Investor circumstances this day may be a couple of days after the 1st day.
Meeting letting agents to identify areas to let and driving around areas to get a good idea of what’s on the market, noting numbers of sale boards to book viewings.
Creating a bible of areas and roads to buy on, and what family / student / professional zones the area entails and what are the high demand areas.
3rd day – Visiting selling agents to put ourselves on mailing list. Viewing property, with checklist and if you are buying you can make offers.
What is included in the price:
Snack lunch & Water (not other drink)
Travel once you get to the meeting point
Tools – ie maps, pens, paper
Power Team - Contacts – solicitor, accountant, broker (they have their own fees)
There is support after this event available freely on the leabeven discussion forum. I will be able to support individual investors on a paid consultancy basis if you need more help.
Cost of Training:
£699 for one to one personal property investor training
£849 per couple (joint finances / married / co-habiting)
£999 2 individuals (seperate finances)
*4 Investors - If you can get 4 investors together I will reduce the individual price to £400 (£1600 total)
**CASHBACK If your not happy in the 1st three hours I will refund you 75%, and you will return to the meeting point / go home.
