The most important book on my journey to financial freedom was Robert Kiyosaki's Rich Dad Poor Dad.

When I read Rich Dad Poor Dad - I was stuck in a bit of a rut. I knew I wanted to make money, and I had lots of ways to do it but reading this book gave me such a big kick up the bum. I built 11 websites within 4 weeks of reading it - it was intense work. I have a totally different approach to life & don't work for anyone else. I have time to do what I want, and have passive incomes now. Worth a look.

This is a book I reccommend to people looking at web development and affiliate marketing. I actually met the guy before I read it on an Affiliate cruise in Miami back in 2003. James Martell made a lot of sense when I chatted with him by the hot tubs, and I came away with a prized posession - a napkin that he drew a simple diagram on! This inspired me to want to know more, and I got hold of the book. Lots of my more recent sites use some of his techniques - not all - but some.
