Landlord Furniture Pack - Furnishing your rental property well and for a bargainI have selected a few pieces of "must haves" for landlords funiture packages! Check out the items, and why I think you should go with it. Stainless steel oven from B&Q - This is a simple oven that will be easy for your tenants to keep clean. If you choose a white oven, you are likely to get fading and discoulouration sometimes after 6 months .Buying a stainless steel one costs just 10 more, and will look good for around ten years normally. Stainless sink from B&Q. Again, if you use a white sink, it wil look good for the 1st day - then as soon as a cup of coffee or something coloured is poured down the sink, it will be discoloured. This sink is reversable and hard wearing. Basic stainless extractor fan or chimney hood from B&Q (I like B&Q they are good value and deliver) - This is a must have, because if you don't install one, your kitchen ceiling is likely to be covered in grease drips, I learned the hard way and had to scrape it off! Stainless, cheap and cheerful and not only looks good, but is easy to keep clean. Splash back - the great alternative to tiles that get filthy and have got to be re-grouted year after year. May as well save money in the long term and put something that looks good too! Stainless gas hob or stainless electric hob - wont mark and stain or chip like white and brown ones often do. Good value and looking good. If you are going to offer your tenants that little bit more take a look at these: Fridge freezer - my preference on Idesit comes from using them myself for years, and never really having many problems with anything. They are a very good value manufacture and their service if you do have a problem is very quick.
