Way back before the new millennium I was a property investor with a large portfolio. After a bit of a hiccup I wanted to find a way that had a much lower risk, and higher return. something easy and with a good positive cashflow. I found HMO's!
Don't get me wrong, HMO's have been around forever - so much so that there are lots of rules and regulations that appear to be very scary. Not being in the position to actually buy any I chose instead to become an agent. Now, with over 500 rooms and lots of experience to share I want to help people to set HMO's up properly. Believe it or not more than half of the landlords I know with HMO's are NOT MAKING MONEY. Luckily for you - I know the ones that are, and I can share the in's and out's with you!
