Property investors need to get to money fast sometimes, and one of
the surefire ways of doing this has been to have plenty of credit cards
available, with good limits on them. I have had several cards and have
built up the limits over the years by using them frequently, making
sure I paid them off in time and accepting any increases that they have
given me.
There are so many UK credit cards to choose from that is is not easy
to choose who is offering the best deal. I personally preffered to have
the ready cash available, so did not mind so much about rates etc -
plus I only use the card for a sort time, then pay it off.
I actually purchased a property in on Oxford Road, Fegg Hays, Stoke on Trent for £5000 using cash from a credit card, then I put it in auction and got £11,000 12 months later.
