Consultancy Booking & Prices
As a well practiced property investor and internet marketer, you can benefit from my many experiences (biography). I currently offer several different services, where I give an insight into either Property, the Internet or both!
Prices:
Everyone is unique - we have different learning paces, different life skills, different finances and different goals. One to one training is what I offer you - so that you can get a strategy "just for you".
Telephone consultancy:
Too busy to travel, but need a little bit of spark putting back in your property or web plan?
- £25 per hour or part of
NB: Booking is normally required unless I am available. You will pay the cost of the call. I will try to make a landline available for this. Pre-payment is required (paypal preferred).
Consultancy in person:
For those needing that little extra advice in a one-to-one session, looking at some strategy and making some plans.
- £39 per hour
- £110 per half day (3 Hours)
- £200 per day (6 hours)
NB: If travel is involved on my part, I will add 30p per mile or part mile. For trips 50 - 100 mile, an extra £70 travel time will be added.

Other Training / Consultancy and Services I Offer:
I help people in the UK learn how to make passive incomes (not sure if you could call it easy money), whether it is making money online, make money from home, in property or doing other things, I can probably show you an alternative way. Whilst I can't spell or do maths very well I am a doer (rather than a thinker) and have a lot of practical common sense and have made a lot of money (and lost a lot too). I can help dispel some myths that people teach to make money out of courses - because I have no agenda other than to stop people ripping us off and ruining markets by irresponsible training!

Taking high risks and learning hard from mistakes I have made and lost millions of pounds worth of property (faling off track) and I developed and earned thousands of pounds a month from over 80 websites. Here to share my experiences with you, my consultancy style is unique and tailored to suit you. I like to sit with you, put myself in your shoes then give you ideas and thoughts on what I would do if I was in your shoes, and with what YOU ALREADY KNOW. You have lived, you have experiences, no point in wasting them! I have inside information that no-one has in property and web development, because it based on personal experience. No property or affiliate seminar could share with you what I know.
Seminars - are they any good? Not in my opinion!
My personal experience of most seminars and property courses, is that lots of people are taught the same thing, then they all go off like lemmings and flood markets. It speaks for itself when you look at how flooded inner cities are with 2 bed luxury appartments and they cant rent or sell them because there are too many available in the block! Off plan has prooved to be a disaster for so many investors - just read the discussion forums!
There are a lot of people on the forums that have been on courses like inside track and turning point - who will happily share their experiences with you (as they have with me)
As I tend to do things big style - I have extensive experience in a few ways to make (or loose) money.
Passive Income
Have you thought about earning a passive income, where money comes in whilst you are playing? Since 2000 I have been building websites and learning about how to make money online. I have learned how to research BEFORE I even start making a website and have a comfortable web related income now
Property Investing / Off Plan Research
Investing in property since the age of 19 (I'm 33 now), and dealing in over 100 properties, owning around 50, what I don't know about property investing, probably is not worth knowing. Get the low down and on the right track with inside information on how to source an area to buy and how to avoid off plan pitfalls.
Life Changing
One of my natural skills is to touch peoples lives and get them thinking in a different way. My life does not revolve around money or work, my time is my own. I don't wear a watch and I don't own an alarm clock. I go to bed when I am tired and get up when I have finished sleeping. I am a very positive and lively person who has overcome bankrupcy, 2 divorce's and lives in permanent chronic pain.
